You either Live a Little or you Die a Little

What a great life I live.  I am wrapping up a 3000 miles ride with four friends to TheGreat Smokey Mountains on the motorcycle.

A lot of people would say, “How did you ride 3000 miles in 8 days on your motorcycle without your butt not hurting?”  Truth is, our butts do hurt, but the experience is magical.  It’s kind of like getting a tattoo . . . Hurts like hell, but not too much where you don’t ever want to get tat’d up again.  One tattoo brings you back for more.  It’s addicting and so is the motorcycle ride.

The ride is about freedom.  Freedom of the open road that is protected by our men and women serving our country.  The ride is about the beauty of a great country we take for granted.  The ride is about the sound of a Harley and the power between your legs.  The ride is about meeting new people and the constant people that smile and wave to you as you ride.

I am blessed to experience this in my life.  Tomorrow, I have a speaking engagement in Williamsport, PA.  How awesome is it that I get to combine a vacation with a little business?

The bottom line is that every day you either live a little or you die a little.  I choose to live every day!

What are you doing?
