** World’s Most Motivated Man **

The Journey Continues and I can’t be stopped . . .

I had to take 2 days off, but I think it was good.  I am an ALL or frustrated person.  I want to workout all day and break my body continuing to say, “I don’t want to be fat anymore!!!”  Then I work out so hard my body starts shutting down on me.  I love it!  So, I had a rough 36 hours to Oakland, CA and back and took that time to rest my body.  Right, rest my body in 36 hours with a trip to Oakland to speak and a red-eye home, huh?

Went out to dinner last night and did steak tips and caeser salad.  I know, not the best, huh?  My plan to get rid of the salt and sugar in my eating right now.  It seems to be working really good.  I am fired up about my nutrition and weight loss transformation.  Also, NO ALCOHOL . . . I am doing seltzer and cranberry.  Alcohol for the most part has a lot of sugar and since I am not a big drinker anyways, I don’t miss it.  The occasional margarita, Mike’s Hard Lemonade . . . DON”T NEED IT!

This morning, I got up and had a three hour workout.  Did Tabbatta’s, Cardio, Abs, Chest, and Biceps and I am sweating like never before.  AWESOME.  I am honored to have a great coach/trainer.  I work out at Powerhouse Gym in Cedarville, MA.  My trainer is Mark Featherstone one of the most sought after trainers in the area.  People come from hours away to work out with him.  I am pretty freakin honored to be trained by him and inspired.  I am proud to call him a new friend too.  Great guy and awesome trainer.  If you are in southeastern, MA or the Cape and need a trainer – Mark Featherstone is awesome.

I got up and ate Oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder and hit the gym.  Then afterwards a nice Protein shake.  My supplements are Hemo Rage Ultra, Extend, and a lot of water.  I am sweating.

The result – I am wearing a tank top that 3 weeks ago I couldn’t fit in.  So, although pounds aren’t going down too fast, I am happy about the inches.  The weights we are lifting are big too.  Today was a NPR (New Personal Record) – We did Chest Dumbell Presses of 110 for 10 reps.  We could go higher but we are killing it with what we’re doing and I am listening to Mark.

Gotta keep the motivation – BEAST.  Weight Loss, Size Loss but Size Gain.

I don’t want to be fat anymore . . . Who’s with me?

Thanks for your support.

Lastly, last night I wanted a little ice cream.  I feel great that I didn’t do it and woke up this morning proud of being able to say, “NO!”

Lesson learned – This is about discipline and sacrifice, but every day you feel great and are proud of the little changes you are making.  It’s a journey and you have to get it in your mind!
