Weight Loss by Jeff Yalden . . . Youth Motivational Speaker & Teen Life Coach

It’s 12:00pm which is the time we start thinking about lunch.  When we let ourselves get hungry we want to eat whatever is in our path: Cake, crackers, candy, children, etc.  I have learned to pack myself a lunch.  Today, I have packed two oranges, two bananas, cod and rice from last night which I will eat in about and hour or two and ayogurt.  The key to this blog and successful weight loss is to simple be prepared and always have food on hand so that you are not grabbing anything in site.  Eat more fruit, eat more vegetables and be prepared to have food on hand.  It’s not so much thecalories but it is the quality of the calories you are eating.  I am not saying calories aren’t important.  They are.  Calories in and calories out.  Remember, 150 calories in a high protein Chobani Yogurt is better than 150 calories of a snickers bar.  You want food that is high in protein, low carb, low fat and high in fiber.  I think I am making sense.

Every two to three hours you should consume about 200 – 350 calories.

Exercise in the morning gets the blood flowing and metabolism burning.

I am on my way . . . Who’s coming?
