Progress & Update

I haven’t been that consistent in my updates personally.  I’ve been blogging like crazy on my teenspeaker blog, but I would also like to get back to my personal one too because it helps to keep me in purpose.

I’ve been traveling a lot which doesn’t help the fact that I am trying to lose weight and lift big.  My weight is up about a pound or two.  I weighed in at 324 lbs.  My inches are down though.  That is a positive sign.  I am no longer wearing 3xl, but rather I am wearing 2xl and that is really exciting to me.

I work out a Powerhouse Gym in Plymouth.  My trainer is Mark Featherstone.  I chat with him a lot and we are working with heavy weights.  I have to watch what I am eating but consistently when I am home I have oatmeal in the morning.  Lift heavy and have a protein shake afterwards.  The rest of the day I have to force myself to eat something around 1 – 2pm.

What I am thinking is that I have to concentrate on the second half of the day and dinner time.  Eat right.  Eat right when I am on the road.  This isn’t a marathon.  After all, the weight didn’t come on over night.  It took time and it’s going to take time to come off too.

Let’s stay motivated and I’ll try and keep you up to date with my progress.  Gotta lift legs today.
