My Daughter Gets to Stay

Quickly, many of you know that my daughter is 17. You can see her pictures on my facebook page. She is absolutely beautiful and is a great kid. She is my number 1. This year, she came to live with me during her senior year of high school. Recently, her mother wanted to fight to have her come back to Ohio where she is from and we had to go to court. I wanted to fight and keep her and she wanted to stay.

Long story short . . . I have just dealt with three of the toughest days of my life watching my daughter fight with her mother. The end result was simply that the judge allowed her to stay.

As of this day we have only 39 days till she is 18.

It is very sad to watch a young lady turn and be so disrespectful to her mother. I will save my comments because I don’t have anything nice to say about her mother and think I am better off to leave that alone.

For those of you that have a good relationship with your parents I hope that you will give them a hug this weekend and thank them for being in your life.

I love my daughter with all my heart. Nobody means more to me than her. I hope that she continues to be in my life everyday for many years to come.

I love you Tori.
