Monday’s . . .

I get excited to wake up on Monday’s.  What does the week bring to me this week?  What can I tackle?  I am ready for it!

Today, I wake up to a great morning pre-workout meal of Oatmeal and prepare myself for a great day.

Then, I check messages, facebook, twitter, youtube, emails, blogs, etc. and prepare for the 1pm circuit workout we will be doing today.

I shoot off some emails to fill today’s schedule and do some much needed work to get caught up on chores and responsibilities.

Three thoughts for a great week:

1.  Prepare a to-do list every day and one item at a time knock them off your to-do list and rewrite it for the following day.

2.  Exercise!  30 minutes a day at minimum you should break a sweat and get that body moving.  Boo Yah!

3.  Nutrition!  Seems like I just blogged this for teenagers this morning.  Good nutrition is very important.  Lose processed foods from your diet.  Shop the outside of the aisles of the store.  Seek less sugars, salts, white carbs and seek more protein, water, and greens for your healthy eating style.

Start Monday off on the right foot and the following days become easier too.

Also, avoid the alcohol . . .
