Great day of Weight Loss . . . Jeff Yalden – Youth Motivational Speaker

I had a great day.  I was feeling tired and sore in my legs and butt from too much cardio but I still managed to stay focused on the end result.

I made it to the gym but my workout was about a 3 out of 10.  Went to the shop early and worked all day.  Made sure that my cooler was packed.

Here is what I ate today:

Breakfast – 3 egg whites, 1 egg, with peppers and onions and mushrooms.  Had three halves of a Whole Wheat Eng Muffin.

2 Oranges, 2 Banana’s and one yogurt through the day.

Lunch – Fish and rice

Protein Shake

Hit the gym and had a great shoulder workout with my partner John.  Took a day off of cardio but I’ll kick it tomorrow.

Dinner – Chicken Stir Fry

I still didn’t eat enough points.  I have to drink more water.  I am doing well but I need to up my intake of food and water.

The bottom line is that everything I am eating is healthy and clean.

I feel great.  I am proud of myself.  I can do it.  I will do it.
