Day #9 Evening Weight Loss Post

I hope you all had an awesome day.  I did.

Great workout this morning.  Still trying to push in a motivated fashion 300 plus pounds around a gym but I am doing it.  Did arms and cardio.

Now it’s 8:35 pm and although I wanted to go to the gym I didn’t.  Got too late and I decided not to.  Hey, I can’t be at the gym all the time.  Eat right and you should have to anyways.

Today, I am concerned though.  I am concerned that I am not eating enough.  The past three days I have been short on my weight watchers points by about 20 points each day.  WOW!

I am supposed to eat all my points.  I am eating healthier.  Here is the question I have:

I am a body builder and lift heavy weights too.  I am trying to find that right balance between weights, cardio, eating and feeling good.  Do I need to eat all those points?  I am eating every couple of hours and getting food in my system.  Isn’t it still calories in and calories out?

So, I home now and not hungry but I just had some Chicken Stir Fry left over from the other day.  I might relax and before dinner have some cottage cheese.

Live strong.  I am feeling strong.  It was a great day.

Tomorrow, we have a huge meeting in Walpole with Gosling’s Rum.  They are the official Rum of the Boston Red Sox and they want us to be their screen printer and designer.  Could be a huge opportunity.

I have the right guys.  Let’s bust out this meeting.  See you later.
