Day 11 Jeff Yalden Weight Loss

Good Day Y’All . . .

Great day yesterday.  Had a meeting in Boston with a big client to be.  Therefore, in our lunch meeting I went off the wagon a little bit.  Ugh . . . Can’t beat yourself up but look at why I made some of the choices.  Let’s look at Weight Watchers Points Plus system and I realize I didn’t go over my points.  Still, I am discouraged with my choices.

I went to the gym and had a legs and cardio workout.  Did the treadmill where I started walking and running a little.  Goal is to do a 5K by Thanksgiving 2011.

Packed my cooler but didn’t get into it till later in the day.

Arrived the office/shop about 9:00 am and got right to work.  Then headed to Boston with two employees for our meeting with Gosling’s Rum and the TR Miller Group.  They took us to lunch.  At lunch I ate the fries and that is the biggest thing that upsets me.  WHY?  I don’t really know but they were there.  I could have asked for them not to bring the fries with the burger.  Next time.

Also, they had bread.  I love bread and ate a few pieces.  Still, I was under my points plus for the day.  Again, don’t beat yourself up.

Got back to the shop and had a banana.  Then went to run some errands and went to Panera Bread for dinner with my wife.  At Panera I was very proud of my choices.  I did the half and half meal.  1/2 Black Bean Soup and 1/2 Thai Chicken Salad with a Dt. Pepsi loaded with lemons.  Awesome.

In leaving I said to  my wife, “I love the not feeling stuffed feeling”.  Embrace that because that depletes you of your energy.

Back home to American Idol.  No more food.  Bed!

This morning, I got up and had my Eggs and toast.  Hit the gym for chest and cardio.  Did awesome.  Today, I also made sure I had cooler packed with banana’s, oranges, cheese, yogurt but haven’t decided what I am going to do for lunch.  Maybe a grilled chicken salad.

The key is to ALWAYS be prepared.  Also, I have my gallon of water because I think I am not getting enough water.  It is important especially how I work out to consume enough water.  1/2 a gallon to a full gallon a day.  This cleans the system and flushes you out.

Feeling great.  The cooler is packed and I am prepared for the day.

Knew motto today as I am losing weight . . . “Another 1/2 pound lost.  I don’t want to go back to that weight ever again.  It is now gone for good and I like that.”

Stay motivated.
